To access our services, you must be:

Legally entitled to work in Canada with a valid social insurance number (SIN)
A citizen, permanent resident, or refugee located in Windsor-Essex County
Not enrolled in high school full-time, on an international study permit
Not currently accessing another Employment Ontario service provider
