At our YMCA Day Camps, campers discover new talents, new interests, and new friends. They also build confidence and independence. We believe there is potential inside all of us - we all have it in us to shine! At the Y, we create our programming based upon the Healthy Childhood Development framework and ensure that programming is age appropriate and FUN! We can't wait to meet your special camper!

Registration Information:

• Registration starts on August 17, 2026, 10am for YMCA members and August 18, 2026 at 10:00 am for non -members, for all school year camps
• Registration can be done online or by clicking on the location below and filling out the application form and emailing it to daycamp@ymcaswo.ca once registration has opened.
• Families requiring financial assistance or child care subsidy support should contact daycamp@ymcaswo.ca for assistance with the registration process.

One to One Counsellor Support:

The YMCA’s goal is to have a Day Camp where everyone feels safe and included. One to one counsellor support is available for children with exceptionalities and/or disabilities that are eligible and require assistance to successfully participate in all camp programming. One to one support is facilitated by our friendly one to one counsellors (youth with at least one year of camp experience) and is offered at all day camp locations!   Learn more.
